Some students may not be able to save work if they are on a page, usually a tutorial where they have to type out short answers. If they are on the page for too long, usually between 10 and 20 minutes, even if they are typing, the page can timeout. Have them write answers in a separate word editor first, then copy and paste in with CTRL +V to paste.
