All About Mr. Perry
Mr. Perry serves as the principal at Shawswick Elementary and has been in administration since 2008. Mr. Perry earned both his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees from the University of Indianapolis. He started as a teacher in an elementary school on the southeast side of Indianapolis, where he also attended as a student. Afterward, he served as an assistant principal in Scott County before taking the principal position of that same school. Mr. Perry came to North Lawrence Community Schools as a principal in 2013.
Mr. Perry and his wife, Stephanie, have three beautiful children. They enjoy spending time together as a family and traveling through the country.
Outside of work, Mr. Perry enjoys reading, playing games with his family, or riding his motorcycle. One of his favorite sayings comes from the movie "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory."

All About Mrs. Pace
Mrs. Pace serves as the assistant principal at Shawswick Schools. She previously worked as a first and second grade teacher and still loves to work with students and spend time in classrooms any chance she gets.
Mrs. Pace graduated from University of Southern Indiana with her Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education, with minors in Language Arts and a Middle School endorsement. In 2016, she earned her Master's Degree in Education and School Administration from Indiana Wesleyan University.
Mrs. Pace and her husband, Justin, have a three-year-old daughter and just welcomed a son in May 2021. They enjoy spending time with family, being outside together, and traveling.
Outside of work, Mrs. Pace loves to run 5Ks and half-marathons, enjoys painting and creating, and attending New York Yankees games with her family. The family of three operates a small sign-making business, named after Mrs. Pace's great grandparents, and enjoys creating things together. They are also working on rennovating a fixer-upper and spend a great deal of time tackling house projects together.
