BNL Drop Off / Pick Up
>Car Riders will enter through Gate 3, and drop students off at Entry 16, exiting through Gate 4 by the baseball field.
>Student Drivers/Riders will enter through Entry 6 and 7 by the Cafeteria.
>Bus Riders will enter through Entry 5.
Bedford North Lawrence High School is located just to the east of the town of Bedford, Indiana, in Lawrence County. The school opened in January of 1975 as the result of the consolidation of seven schools. The high school has an enrollment of approximately 1600 students in grades nine through twelve. The school is part of the North Lawrence Community School Corporation, which serves approximately 5,000 students from the portion of the county north of White River. Bedford itself has slightly over 14,000 residents and Lawrence County has a population of over 43,000 individuals. Lawrence County is located in south-central Indiana, about 70 miles south of Indianapolis at the crossroads of S.R. 37 and U.S. 50.

BNL Class of 2021 SENIORS!One of the great senior traditions at BNL is Cap & Gown Day with Herff Jones. Traditionally we host a Senior Class Meeting, full of pomp and circumstance to excite YOU for you final year of high school. During this meeting we sneak peak graduation, focus on the senior moments, and Herff Jones presents a fun filled presentation of Cap, Gowns, and Graduation Announcements. Due to COVID restrictions and delays, our Graduation Product & Student Service Provider HERFF JONES will be presenting their Graduation Product presentation virtually this week. Ordering will begin on Tuesday November 10th with an Order Deadline on Sunday November 29th.Any senior planning to participate in our Class of 2021 Graduation Commencement Exercises will need to order/rent a Cap and Gown. BNL uses custom rental gowns, which include a keeper cap & tassel. ((All other senior items and graduation products are optional)).When ordering, the first page will be 'package' options. If you are wanting to purchase individual items and/or just a cap and gown, scroll to the bottom of page 1 and click the green button 'shop individual products'.

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year at Bedford North Lawrence High School. The BNL Student Handbook can be accessed here, and is uploaded on all student chromebook devices.
BNL Parking! Student Parking applications will be available for purchase during BNL Welcome Week! And in keeping with tradition, Paint your Space! BNL Student Parking passes are $25, and student will need to know their license plate number, and have proof of insurance. You can print your PARKING APPLICATION FORM and view our guidelins for PAINT YOUR SPACE below.PSAT TESTING INFORMATIONThe PSAT will be schduled at BNL for Thursday, October 29th is postponed. The PSAT exam is rescheduled for January 26th.Sophomores are required to test.Juniors who are interested in this FREE SAT practice should sign up on the google form that is located in your 2022 Google Classroom. Juniors who want to try to qualify for the National Merit awards should also sign up. In addition, any junior who is interested in dual credit and has not already qualified with PSAT scores can test to try and raise their scores to possibly be exempt from other types of testing. You must be signed up by September 11th.Freshmen can also take the PSAT. Freshmen must pay $17 to be able to take the test. If you are a freshman who is interested in practicing for the PSAT/NMSQT, please submit your payment by check made to BNL or exact change of $17 by September 11th as your registration. Your payment can be made at the BNL Counseling Office.
