Welcome to Mrs. Phillips's
Speech Class
Children with
speech and language needs are served in inclusion classrooms and/or the speech
room. Ms. Wall’s class also
receives speech and language lessons in their classroom. Other students come to the speech room
for help with articulation, language, fluency, voice, and auditory
processing.
Over 50 students
at Stalker participate in this program. In addition, hearing tests are given to
kindergarten, first, and fourth graders each year at the start of school. Students new to the corporation and
students with special needs are also given hearing tests annually.
